Buyer Agreement
Please read carefully
1. Role of HypeThrift
HypeThrift is a connector and marketplace directory. We introduce buyers and sellers, but we are not the owner, seller, manufacturer, authenticator, courier, payment processor, or insurer of any item. The purchase contract is between you and the seller.
2. Binding Bids
A bid is a serious commitment. If you are the highest bidder when an auction closes, you agree to complete the transaction and pay the seller for the item. Do not bid unless you have reviewed the listing and are ready to proceed.
3. Connection Fee
A winning bidder must pay the ₹69 HypeThrift connection fee within 24 hours to unlock the seller's contact details. This fee is for the connection service, is not the item price, and is non-refundable.
4. Direct Transaction With Seller
After HypeThrift verifies the connection fee, you and the seller will arrange the item payment, delivery method, shipping charge, and timing directly. HypeThrift does not hold, transfer, or guarantee the item payment.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate name, phone, and shipping details; inspect the listing information; ask the seller questions before paying; pay the seller as agreed; and respond promptly and respectfully to messages.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds, delays, loss, damage, and delivery disputes are handled directly with the seller. HypeThrift does not provide refunds and does not accept responsibility for the seller's performance.
7. Non-Payment and Account Ban
If you win an auction and do not pay the ₹69 connection fee within 24 hours, or deliberately refuse to proceed, HypeThrift may cancel the order and permanently ban your account. A permanent ban may prevent you from creating another account.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Fraud, fake bids, harassment, abuse, payment manipulation, impersonation, illegal purchases, and attempts to misuse the platform are prohibited. HypeThrift may suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in such conduct.
9. No Guarantee
You understand that HypeThrift does not guarantee authenticity, condition, availability, payment, delivery, or the conduct of any buyer or seller. You use the connector service at your own risk.
10. Acceptance
By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to follow them for this winning bid.
